Implementation of Management System in 4 easy steps

• 1. Gap Analysis
  A consultant visits your office(s) to review and document your current processes and procedures, then highlights any areas that do not meet the requirements of the standard.
• 2. Implementation
  Any changes needed to existing processes and procedures are made. Additional set of documented policies and procedures will be developed if necessary.
• 3. Internal Audit
  An internal auditor will visit your office(s) on an annual basis to check that all the documented processes are being followed. An internal audit report is issued based on which all identified gaps should be remediated before external audit.
• 4. Certification
  An auditor from the Certification body will visit your office(s) on an annual basis to check that all of the documented processes are being followed and when a satisfactory results are observed, a certificate will be issued.
